Forgemark helps you generate and compare candidate names. You are responsible for deciding whether a name is legally, commercially, and culturally appropriate for your use.

Domain availability can change quickly. Registrar prices, premium status, and final checkout terms are controlled by the registrar. Social handle and trademark hints are informational only and are not legal, clearance, or professional advice.

Generated names, reasoning, analyses, and logo previews may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to existing brands, or unavailable by the time you act. Do your own clearance searches before investing in a name, domain, mark, product, or campaign.

You may use outputs for your own projects, subject to the rights of others and the terms of the underlying providers. Do not use the service to submit unlawful material, infringe others' rights, attack the service, scrape it at scale, bypass rate limits, or probe private systems.

Accounts and anonymous sessions are provided as-is. We may pause generation, domain checks, buy handoff, social checks, trademark checks, or logo previews during abuse, outages, cost spikes, or launch operations.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Forgemark is provided without warranties and we are not liable for lost profits, lost registrations, brand disputes, registrar decisions, third-party outages, or indirect damages.
